Support For Our Clients
A client-specific account manager is available to assist with planning,implementation and management of health plan issues; reporting and analytical support; and on-site support. Backing up our account managers is a dedicated team of client relations representatives who can assist employee benefits staff with day-to-day questions, issues and needs.
Member Services When And How They Want It
Health plan members may contact our customer service department by phone or online through live WebChat. MedCost Benefit Services’ customer service professionals receive ongoing training in soft skills and benefit issues, and our extensive quality assurance program supports our goal of prompt, friendly, and accurate service transactions. Members also can access their provider information, Summary Plan Description, claims status and benefit information by logging in under the Members portal of our web site. And if they need information on the go, they can take advantage of the My MedCost Mobile App to access some of the same information available on the web site, view their health plan ID card, or email an image of the card directly to their healthcare provider (not available for all health plans).
