Chronic Disease Education – Educational mailings are sent to at-risk members diagnosed with any of eight specific conditions.
Nurse Advice Line – Members can speak with a registered nurse for health questions 24/7 and have access to an audiotape library on numerous health and wellness topics.
Health Screenings – On-site and remote screening options give employers a snapshot of their employee population’s overall health and alert members of possible health risks.
Health Risk Assessments – Online questionnaires measure members’ current health status and readiness to change and refer them to appropriate programs for lifestyle changes.
