Members Using MedCost Benefit Services For Claims Administration
As the claims payer for your health plan, MedCost Benefit Services’ goal is to provide you with exceptional service. This includes ensuring access to the most up-to-date information regarding your health benefits when and how you need it.
- Online Services – Login now to view Explanation of Benefits (EOB); check spending account balances and transactions (if available with your health plan); track the total claims dollars applied year-to-date to your deductible and/or out-of-pocket limit; link to your health plan’s drug program web site; view/print a digital version of your health plan ID card; search for in-network providers; access the Summary Plan Description for your health plan; print forms and certificates of coverage (HIPAA Certificates) as needed; contact and view secure messages from our Customer Service Department; and much more.
You also can access MyCarePath, a secure way to record and keep all your health information in one location, receive personalized alerts and reminders, monitor progress toward your health goals, and communicate directly with your nurse health coach (if enrolled in a MedCost Care Management program).
- Mobile App – If you prefer to use your mobile phone or tablet, take advantage of the My MedCost mobile app to access some of the same information available on the web site. You can also use the app to register for access.

Your claims payer has partnered with MedCost for provider network and/or health management services. For information specific to your health benefits, such as claims details, you should visit your claims payer’s web site for the resources and online tools available to you.
