As a participating provider, you are the foundation of our network product. You’ve committed to working with MedCost on behalf of your patients, and we’re committed to providing you with the support, assistance, and training you need to effectively and efficiently implement our administrative procedures.
We offer a variety of training opportunities to help you gain a thorough understanding of MedCost procedures and available tools and resources. MedCost can provide customized training upon request, based on the needs of your staff members. Specific to the topics and questions you recommend, the sessions focus on the information you need to learn, not information you already know, saving valuable time. Online Training Opportunities
In consideration of the hectic schedules of our providers, MedCost offers online training on selected topics. These training sessions are organized by topic and can be viewed at your convenience, so you don’t need to take valuable time away from the job for training. Perfect for both new and existing practices, the sessions answer many of your most frequently asked questions, such as determining if a patient is a MedCost member, filing claims for the quickest turnaround and checking status on unpaid claims.
