MedCost maintains a database of provider demographic information (Tax ID, NPI, Provider Name, Practice Name, Practice Address, etc.) to ensure prompt and accurate claims processing and to provide the most current information to patients and payers. You can easily update this information as needed by using our online Provider Profile form (shown below). Please be sure to notify MedCost of any changes prior to the effective date of the change.
