MedCost
provides training for each provider’s office staff for proper
administration of MedCost programs. Both new and existing practices
in our PPO network may now participate in a one-hour teleconference
conducted by a MedCost Provider Specialist. This regularly scheduled
conference call is especially helpful for new provider offices
that want a quick, convenient way to gain a thorough understanding
of MedCost administrative procedures. The teleconference answers
frequently asked questions, such as:
• How do I recognize MedCost patients?
• Where do I file the claims?
• What do I do if payment has not been received?
After
the 45-minute presentation concludes, questions submitted by participants
will be answered.
MedCost
encourages at least one representative from each provider office
to participate in a teleconference. To indicate your interest in
