MedCost Benefit Services, the third party administrator owned by MedCost, LLC, has enhanced the claim search on our secure provider portal to include payment details. Effective immediately, information returned for any claim processed on or after May 23, 2022, will include:

Payment Type (i.e., check, credit card, direct deposit)

Payment ID (i.e., check number, transaction number)

Paid Date
In the past, accessing claim payment information often meant calling our Contact Center. Now, you can access payment details any time, with no waiting—even outside of normal business hours.
