The My MedCost mobile app has a fresh new look with enhanced performance and streamlined navigation, making it easier for health plan members to find what they’re looking for. They can rely on My MedCost when they need to:
- Find an in-network doctor or hospital
- Know their deductible or out-of-pocket amounts
- Make a healthcare purchase but don’t know their FSA or HRA balance*
- Research a claim or see an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) on the go
- Use a digital copy of their health plan ID card
Members may not always be in front of a computer, but they’ll always be able to find the information they need to help them get the most out of their benefits.
