The contract you have with MedCost is proprietary and should not be shared with anyone other than MedCost. The terms of and negotiations related to the Agreement remain the property of MedCost.
As a network provider, you should keep this information confidential and not disclose any such information or material without the prior written consent of MedCost. This includes disclosing contract information to any MedCost payer partners. The MedCost Provider Agreement is between a Provider and MedCost only. If a MedCost payer requests a copy of the contract, please do not release the information and refer them to MedCost for any further questions.
