PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON PROVIDER REFUND PROCESS
In 2015, MedCost Benefit Services enhanced our provider refund process by adding the security of a lockbox for receipt of all incoming refund checks. We continue to receive refund checks at our current mailing address, however, and need your help to avoid misdirected refunds.
The correct remittance address is shown below and also appears on any provider refund requests you may receive. Unless otherwise indicated, all refunds should be directed to this unique address. Please take a moment to update your files and/or systems accordingly.
