Whether you are at work or at home when health symptoms arise, we are available for convenient and reliable care for you, your spouse and your dependents (age 18 years and up) on the LiveWELL Health Plan.

Networks for the Atrium Health Navicent Health Plans
Atrium Health Navicent Preferred
Atrium Health Navicent Preferred will include primarily Atrium Health physicians, providers, facilities, and laboratories.
In-Network
Secure Health, First Health, MedCost, MedCost Virginia, MedCost national network (as assigned)
Travel Network (outside of NC, SC, and VA) for all plan participants who reside 50 miles or more from the in-network area
Secure Health, First Health, MedCost national network – emergency. See Network Provider Plan and refer to ID card. If the Plan Participant’s residence is not within 50 miles of the Atrium Health Navicent area, the Plan will pay as follows:
- Atrium Health Navicent Preferred Providers – Atrium Health Navicent Preferred
- Secure Health providers – In-Network
- First Health providers – Atrium Health Navicent Preferred when utilized outside of the in-network area.
- First Health providers and Out-of-Network providers – Non-Network when utilized inside of the in-network area.
- Out-of-Network providers – Atrium Health Navicent Preferred when utilized outside of the in-network area.
- MedCost, MedCost Virginia, MedCost national network – as assigned
