If you’re expecting, SmartStarts provides resources and information for each stage of your pregnancy. An experienced prenatal nurse will call at scheduled times and is available to answer your questions by phone or secure email. Video calls are also available.
Your maternity assessment is only available through your Member account with us. Don’t have an account? You can register for one on our website.
Logging in will take you to the MyCarePath Assess My Health section of your Member account. Once you get there, use the dropdown arrow to select Maternity.
Select Create. Fill in your answers and select Complete when finished.
Make sure you can access your Member account. You need to know your Username and Password. If you can’t remember your Username or Password, you can recover them online. You’ll need your Member ID Number, your Group Number, and your Birthdate. Your Member ID Number and Group Number can be found on your Member ID Card.
